About Your Instructor:
Rabia is a Clinical Herbalist in the greater Philadelphia area offering custom herbal protocols & holistic health coaching. From a young age, she has been passionate about the healing nature of plants. Rabia studied horticulture and botany through the historic Barnes’ Foundation program, while completing a community herbalist training under Clinical Herbalist Ashley Elenbaas. She went on to study clinical herbalism in Dr. Tieraona Low Dog’s Foundations Program. She loves to lead plant walks and herbal medicine making workshops, and to bring people together in connection with the earth. You can work with Rabia privately to create a holistic plan addressing diet, lifestyle, sleep & stress with the support of customized plant medicine. She believes body & mind are deeply interconnected and true healing can happen when we work through this lens.
