Sourdough Demonstration

Join us for Sourdough: a Start to Finish Demonstration on Saturday, February 21 at 9:00 AM. This event is sponsored by the Friends of the Library and presented by Sue Breneman and Mary Borman.

Attendees will: see the making of the starter and the folding process, receive a tool and ingredient list, sample finished products and take home 1/2 cup of stater. (Please bring a small container.)

There is a limit of 30 participants. Pre-Registration is required. Stop in the library or call 715-748-2505 to register.
