What to Expect:
• Guided breathwork & meditation, all levels
• Somatic awareness exploration
• Group dialogue on the nature of reality and the role of ETs
• Shared reflection and closing guided meditation 

All perspectives are welcome. Bring a yoga mat or a comfortable floor seating setup. Chairs are provided.
