Website: southjerseypops.org
Marlton, NJ — On Sunday, November 2 at 3:00 PM, South Jersey Pops opens its season with “Don’t Touch That Dial!”, a nostalgic orchestral celebration of small-screen music. From television classics to vintage video games, this concert transports audiences through decades of unforgettable melodies.
This season’s theme spotlights the captivating world of TV, commercials, and early video games — bringing them to life on the concert stage. In “Don’t Touch That Dial!”, listeners will experience the iconic themes of shows like Bewitched, Hawaii Five-O, and The Fugitive, alongside enchanting musical moments drawn from the earliest gaming era.
“TV and video game music have shaped our cultural soundtrack,” said President Shannon Halvorson. “We invite audiences to revisit those beloved, often-overlooked scores — the tunes you hum but may not realize were orchestrated — in a live concert experience.”
Tickets are available for purchase now via southjerseypops.org. Seating is limited; audiences are encouraged to reserve early to secure prime seats for this one-day event.
