Catnip (Nele Hofman) maakt introspectieve indiepop met catchy melodieën en kwetsbare, bitterzoete teksten. Haar sound op de debuut-EP Late Bloomer schippert tussen klein en intiem tot volle, gelaagde pop. Ideaal voor fans van Dodie, Sara Bareilles en Lizzy McAlpine.

Live speelt ze in duo met gitarist Freddie Webber. Naast zijn eigen solowerk is hij actief bij het instrumentale Toe Beans en als bassist bij Safran. Zijn doorleefde gitaarspel geeft de songs extra kleur.
