Y O K O C H O 横丁 is een Antwerps, elektronisch en dansbaar, (en inmiddels live toch tweemans-) project, van Gaelian Lahaye (Psycho 44). 
In 2024 bracht hij de Paradacid  EP uit, die de vuilere, groezeligere geluiden van 303- en 808-machines combineert met de euforie van magazijnraves en de ambiance van virtuele landschappen en Final Fantasy-soundtracks. Paradice + acid = Paradacid. De essentie, dat zal de aandachtige lezer niet ontgaan zijn, zit, niet echt, verstopt in de naam: een mix van paradijs en acid, die de samensmelting van zalige soundscapes met de scherpe, kenmerkende randen van acid house en electro symboliseert.
En daarmee verwijdert Paradacid zich toch een beetje van de vorige versie van Yokocho die meer klonk als 90s house,  retro videogames en tropische eilanden.

TOM GILBERT bestaat uit Stijn Cole en Jeroen Van Dyck, twee vrienden die elkaar al meer dan 20 jaar kennen. Hun muzikale reis begon toen ze festivals als Pukkelpop en Lowlands opzweepten met het beatboxcollectief Off The Record. Nu, 15 jaar later, zijn ze terug met een vernieuwde sound: house met een vleugje techno. Ze creëren onweerstaanbare grooves en gebruiken modulaire synthesizers voor unieke performances. Hun muziek wordt geprezen als een adrenalinestoot voor de geest – een bruisende viering van het leven die je in beweging houdt.

Stijn Cole is ook bekend als componist voor diverse tv-series en films, waaronder Rough Diamonds, Mr. K, Alter Ego en Dealer, waarvoor hij in 2022 een Ensor won. Jeroen Van Dyck is een ervaren theatermaker en acteur, bekend van Het Eiland, #Likeme, Callboys en Familie. Samen brengen ze hun gedeelde passie en unieke visie tot leven in hun gezamenlijke project Tom Gilbert.

DJ's Vince en Oerwout van TURNTABLE THURSDAY (goes friday) zijn een wereldberoemd duo in Mechelen. Ze draaien voor, tussen en na de concerten heerlijke plaatjes op vinyl. 

Afsluiten doen we met DJ BOTSBAK - een gekende knaller van formaat die ons meeneemt in zijn elektronische experimenten. 

Y O K O C H O 横丁 is the Antwerp, electronic, very dansable, (and live in the meantime twoman-) project of Gaelian Lahaye (you may know him from Psycho 44). 

Paradise + acid = Paradacid. Paradacid is a two-part EP that blends the gritty sounds of 303 and 808 machines with the euphoria of warehouse raves and the ambiance of virtual landscapes and Final Fantasy soundtracks.

This EP combines introspective tracks from periods of isolation with uplifting ones from moments of release, offering a diverse sonic experience without pushing a narrative. It's up to the listener to find their own meaning within the vibrant mix of old and new.

The essence of "Paradacid" lies in its name—a blend of paradise and acid, symbolizing the fusion of blissful soundscapes with the sharp, distinctive edges of acid house and electro.



Tom Gilbert consists of Stijn Cole and Jeroen Van Dyck, two friends who have known each other for over 20 years. Their musical journey began when they energized festivals like Pukkelpop and Lowlands with the beatbox collective, Off The Record, of which they were a part. Now, 15 years later, they have returned with a refreshed sound.

Stijn and Jeroen blend house with touches of techno, creating irresistible grooves and using modular synthesizers for performances that are always unique. Their music is acclaimed as an adrenaline shot for the mind—a vibrant celebration of life that keeps you moving.

Stijn Cole is also known as a composer for various TV series and films, including Rough Diamonds, Mr. K, Alter Ego, and Dealer, for which he won an Ensor in 2022. Jeroen Van Dyck is an experienced theater maker and actor, recognizable from Het Eiland, #Likeme, Callboys, and Familie. Together, they bring their shared passion and unique vision to life in their joint project, Tom Gilbert.
