Here, our Intro to Pilates Equipment class introduces you to the reformer and spring-based Pilates movements with simple, approachable exercises that build strength and confidence. It’s designed for anyone who’s brand new to Pilates or returning after a long break. This is the first step you'll take on your new Pilates journey.

H2L Studio is celebrating 11 years of Pilates Classes and more. We'd love to see you for your first reformer at only $20. After your first class you can decide on a single, 5 or 10-pack of classes or explore some of our Monthly Memberships.
