FREE: Cycle Express 1/6 ✨

We’re kicking off the first Tuesday of the New Year with a FREE Cycle Express class at 6:30 PM with Haley. It’s the perfect chance to recommit, reset, and hit the ground running (or riding) as you we step into 2026.

A 30-Minute Cycle class to get you in, out and moving. All-levels are welcome, just please make sure you come early to get set up on your bike. This Express class is built to fit all experience levels, you can modify and challenge as you need to for our heart pumping, fun and motivating indoor cycle class.
