FREE Beginner Yoga- Sunday, Jan. 4th

FREE: Beginner Yoga

We will walk you through the fundamentals of yoga in a friendly and welcoming environment. Together we will learn and discuss- what is yoga, the benefits of yoga, vocabulary of yoga, poses and proper positioning, and breathwork. No prior experience needed. All-levels are welcome.

Please wear something comfortable and bring your own mat if you have. If not, we have a mat you can borrow.
