Here, our Basic Pilates Equipment class introduces you to the reformer and spring-based Pilates movements with simple, approachable exercises that build strength and confidence. It’s designed for anyone who’s brand new to Pilates or returning after a long break. This is the first step you'll take on your new Pilates journey.
