We once made a shirt that said, "Life Happens & H2L Helps" the idea then was that your mental state, physical state and emotional state are positively impacted with a good community and a good workout. 

Life does happen, and H2L does help .. but this time we're here for both of those things but financially helping out our dear friend Amy Bloor.

Amy has poured so much of herself into this studio and into our clients, always showing up with kindness, encouragement, and care. Now it’s our turn to show up for her.

These classes are free to sign up but cash/check donation will be collected. We will have a small silent auction and snacks on site.

Join us for a special day of movement, community, and love as we come together to support Amy Bloor — a longtime Pilates & Barre instructor at H2L Studio for over 8 years, and more importantly, a dear friend with one of the biggest hearts you’ll ever meet.

The Amy Bloor-A-Thon is a 4-hour mini-thon style event featuring rotating 45-minute classes in every room. Participants can choose to take one class, two classes, or all three, 4 if you need but we feel like that's a lot ;) — mix and match your favorites and move for a cause.

? All proceeds will go directly toward supporting Amy and her family as she focuses on her on fight and healing.


Whether you come to sweat, stretch, ride, or simply support, every class taken and every dollar raised makes a difference. Let’s wrap Amy in the same love and strength she has given to all of us over the years.

Hi Everyone! ♡

Thank you so much for signing up to take a class at our **Amy Bloor A-Thon** this Sunday.

As you can imagine, we’ve been back and forth on what to do about the snow.
Will it be as bad as they say?
Should we move it?
What if we move it and nothing happens?

At this point, it’s safe to assume → something will happen.

To give this fundraiser the best chance of success, we’ve decided to move the event from **this Sunday to NEXT SUNDAY, February 1st**.

The good news ➜
All classes, teachers, and times will remain the same. I’ll simply move everything in the system.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ➜

• If you are signed up and can attend next Sunday → you don’t need to do anything. We’ll see you then!

• If you are signed up and cannot attend next Sunday → please cancel yourself in the app, or send us a message and we’re happy to take care of it for you.

• The bake sale and silent auction will both move to next Sunday.

• The silent auction WILL be online → if you can’t attend next Sunday, I’ll send out the link so you can still bid. There is some really great stuff up for auction!

Amy will not be leaving until the following week to begin her chemo in Texas, so we will still be able to give her these funds to support the incredibly difficult journey she’s about to begin.

Donation boxes are already around the studio for cash and check donations (checks made out to Amy Bloor).
