cEDH Underground Sea Tournament

This is a cEDH tournament for Dual Lands up to an HP underground sea based on attendance.

Proxies are allowed as long as they are original art, color, and thickness.

No Proxy maximum

Decklist are required to be submitted to topdeck.gg

Current banlist is to be followed.

80 minute round length

After time is called, active player will finish their turn. If no winner has been determined, the round will be considered a draw.

Depending on attendance cut to top after swiss, no time limit for single elimination rounds. Finals will start not long after the semi finals concludes.
