# Event Details - **Event Name**: Weekly Sewing Studio - **Event Start and End Date**: Wed, 02 Nov, 2022 at 01:00 pm – Wed, 14 Oct, 2026 at 03:00 pm (+00:00) - **Event Description**: Join us for our Weekly Sewing Studio to work on your own sewing projects with support from our textile artist ElnazAbout this EventA welcoming weekly Sewing Studio Session every Wednesday for those wanting to improve their sewing skills, work on sewing projects, gain more confidence in working on a sewing machine or simply would like to sew in the company of others in our lovely studio. If you've been meaning to start or finish a sewing project for ages and never get round to it or keep getting stuck on something then this session is for you!You will be expected to bring your own projects and materials but we will provide the sewing machines and will have some basic sewing accessories available for you to use in the studio such as dressmaking scissors, pinking shears, pins, threads, iron and board etc. There will also be a tutor on hand to support you with your projects.Suitable for beginners and all levels of sewers.Hot drinks and biscuits will be provided too.These sessions are being offered on a Pay What You Can basis to make sure they are accessable to all so please enter the amount you are able to pay at checkout. However we have added a suggested donation of £10 per session for those that can pay to help us cover costs.There is ample parking available at the Community Centre Car Park. If you cannot fit in the Car Park, please park on the main part of Stainbeck Avenue, with consideration to the residents please do not park in the cul-de-sac.The Stitch-Up Studio is to the rear of the Community Centre.
