Clothing:  Please wear Garb to this event.  Garb is clothing of the times (793 to 1625).

GUESTS ARE WELCOME please dress your guests appropriately.

What should you bring? 
-WATER/hydration (very important this time of year especially)
-GEAR/SUPPLIES needed for combat, archery or arts
  Note:  there is some gear to borrow
-CHAIR/BLANKET:  A chair or blanket to sit upon
-LUNCH:  An easy to eat lunch and beverage of your choice (nothing that requires cooking, if you please)
-SUN/RAIN/SNOW PROTECTION-depending on weather


NOTE: Donations to the Duchy community beverage stash are welcome:  Water/Gatorade/Powerade both sugar free and regular.

Timeline:
10 am sharp:   Opening Court.  Everyone will gather before the Crown and announcements will be made, then events will begin.

2 pm (approximate): Closing Court where we will again gather before the Crown and hear announcements. 

SET UP/TEAR DOWN HELP NEEDED:  Please arrive at 9 am if you are available to help with set up.  Help is also appreciated for Take down after Closing Court.

COMBAT, ARCHERY, AND TOURNAMENTS:
Crown Events are Tournaments.
How we do combat and archery will be announced at opening court.  Please note a minimum of 4 contestants on each list is required to have an official tournament.

ARTS and SCIENCES: Enter the Tournament and test your skills... bring your crafted item and documentation to be judged and get helpful feedback on your period skills (this is a growing opportunity with the option to be declared WINNER. All period projects are welcome (793 AD - 1625 AD)
