From there, you’ll get comfortable on yoga mats with bolsters, yoga blocks, blankets, and lavender eye pillows, all provided. You’re welcome to bring any additional comfort items you'd like.✨You’ll then be guided into meditation while surrounded by the intentional sounds of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, an ocean drum, and more.✨ We’ll close the evening with hot tea.✨ No experience is necessary.
