The forum highlights the urgent need for investment in research and development of resilience-focused engineering principles, tools, and design strategies that enable self-healing, adaptive, and assured systems.Led by the Manoa IndoPacific CyberSecurity Institute (MIPCI) at the University of Hawaii, and supported by the National Science Foundation (NSF), the forum, hosted by MITRE, fosters dialogue, identifies gaps, and shapes the R&D agenda that will guide the next generation of cyber-resilient systems.
