Join Laura for 90 nourishing minutes, where you'll experience deep relaxation in supported, longer-held restorative yoga poses. While in the poses you will receive Reiki energy from Laura's hands above your body. Reiki is an ancient form of universal energetic healing that encourages a state of balance, harmony, and self-healing. Restorative Yoga utilizes props (bolsters, blankets, blocks, etc) allowing the body and mind to fully relax as tension is released. Both healing practices work to help reduce stress, anxiety and other ailments. This restorative yoga practice infused with Reiki will leave you feeling peaceful, refreshed, and bring a healthy balance of energy back into the mind, body and spirit. The workshop is accessible to students who can be on the ground for extended periods of time. All experience levels welcome.
