Crepes are the best kind of dish to enjoy at any time of day, sweet or savory-the possibilities are endless!
If you love fresh crepes, but are intimidated to make them on your own at home this class will have you making delicious sweet and savory crepes like a pro in no time! Our experienced Chef Instructor will demystify the process, sharing secrets for making perfect crepes every time. Chef Amanda will take you through a detailed demonstration, before you will be guided step-by-step in making a savory Sautéed Mushrooms and Greens Crepe, served with a hollandaise sauce. Then for dessert you will make a Strawberries and Cream Crepe, served with a chocolate sauce. Each guest will be able to enjoy two of each type of crepe and learn to make both types of sauces from scratch.
No experience is required! All equipment and ingredients will be provided. Our events are casual and meant to be fun, relaxing, and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get settled, wearing your mask. Please note that class will be hosted in Chef Amanda's house with ample space to social distance booking parties from one another. Chef Amanda is also maintaining a sanitized space, for your safety, as per CDC guidelines. You are invited to BYOB beer, wine, or champagne with you to class.
