Hosted by Chestnut Square, home of the award-winning McKinney Farmers Market, this thoughtfully curated event brings together 30+ vendors offering handcrafted, locally made gluten-free goods, specialty foods, baked treats, pantry items, and unique artisan finds—all created with the gluten-free lifestyle in mind.

Whether you live with Celiac Disease, follow a gluten-free lifestyle, have food sensitivities, or simply love discovering incredible local foods, you'll find something to enjoy!

Chef Jeff Qualls, owner of Roots Hospitality, will prepare delicious gluten-free dishes inspired by fresh, local ingredients while sharing tips and techniques throughout the day. Best of all... samples are included!

🎤 Special Guest Speaker: Melissa Duce, MS, RDN, LD
Melissa is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in McKinney who specializes in helping individuals living with IBS, Celiac Disease, Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, food allergies, and food intolerances.

Her presentation, Eat to Thrive: A Gluten-Free Gut Health Guide,
will focus on bringing variety, nutrition, flavor, and joy back into mealtimes while supporting overall gut health and wellness.
Melissa will present at scheduled times throughout the event and will also be available to answer questions from guests.

Some operate in dedicated gluten-free kitchens, while others prepare gluten-free products using gluten-free ingredients under the Texas Cottage Food Law in non-certified kitchens where shared equipment may be used.
If you have Celiac Disease or specific dietary concerns, we encourage you to speak directly with each vendor about their preparation methods so you can make informed choices based on your individual needs.
