What To Bring:
Please bring your own mat and any props you may need, wear comfortable/cozy layers that you can move in. Beginner friendly and open to all. Space is limited, pre-register early.

About Your Instructor Team:
Studio Owner Jean Munoz Keese is a Master Pilates Trainer, Clinical Ayurvedic Practitioner and Yoga Teacher.
Jennifer Pynch specializes in Pilates, alignment-based movement, and Iyengar yoga.
Susan Wiebe moved to McCall from Fruitland in 2021with her husband and 2 dogs. She is a former Idaho district judge. She began singing in the law school band in the 80s and has continued to sing and play guitar over the past several decades. Susan can often be found at the McCall Farmers Market with her guitar and microphone.
