In this cooking-show-style workshop, experienced candy maker Ted Carpenter will guide you through the art of homemade candy making. Learn how to craft an irresistible line up of sweets, including: brown sugar caramels, chocolate caramels, peanut butter caramels, mock milk duds, silky caramel sauce, crunchy peanut brittle, and delectable almond toffee. This immersive class combines demonstrations with hands on participation and the best part? Each student will take home a pound and a half of freshly made candies.
