Meet Rachel:
I've been practicing yoga for over twenty-five years now and started teaching in 2015. I've benefited from yoga in so many ways...spiritually, emotionally, and physically, and I love sharing the practice with others. These days, I generally teach a multi-level slow flow. I also offer classes for special events. I'm a firm believer that our yoga practice doesn't have to end when we step off our mats.
