The ceremony will take place at the McFarland Solar Facility, 3443 Siggelkow Road, near the gate to the solar facility. Please utilize the driveway to the Hope Rod and Gun Club to access the site. The driveway is just east of the electrical substation. Light refreshments will be provided.
