 Join us again on Thanksgiving morning, Thursday, November 27th at 9am to get up and move your body before the holiday eating commences! This is a free event, open to the community. Simply an opportunity for all in the community to gather and Get Movin’! This event is open to all individuals and families of any ability. You can run/walk/bike/scooter/stroll/wheel, travel anyway you like!

We will be accepting donations for the McFarland Food Pantry again! Each year we've been able to donate over 200 pounds of items and additional monetary donations! Items can be brought to the event or to TBT prior to 11/30. We will also accept monetary donations via Venmo @TotalBodyTraining-McFarland. Just make sure to note “McFarland Food Pantry” in the notes. 
*When considering donations, please remember personal hygiene products are always in high demand!

The event will start in the Johnson St. parking lot of McFarland Primary School. We have a 3.1 mile route mapped out with TBT signs and mile markers! The route is easily cut short in many places if people prefer a shorter wobble!

We'll be kicking things off with a little holiday themed WERQ with Coach Katie. Join us early to get warmed up with some of your favorite dance moves!

Coffee and Hot Cocoa from McFarland House Cafe will be provided!

The Village of McFarland kindly requests that participants remain on sidewalks and in crosswalks throughout the route.
