?Sound Meditation: Experience a deep, heart-chakra-focused sound bath.

?Guided Journaling: Reflect and ground your intentions to close the session.

?‍♂️Cost: $30 (Includes all materials and a complimentary journal for you to keep!)

?What to Bring: We provide mats, yoga blankets, and eye pillows. You are welcome to bring an extra comfy blanket from home to enhance your relaxation.
