How about we learn to look for "glimmers" instead? They are those seemingly small moments in life that bring a sense of safety, calm, joy or peace.  The little things that can turn a hectic day into one that you will get through.  The moments that add up to make your life a happy one.

I'll be walking you through how to see them more often.  How to take just a second or two to process them and acknowledge them. We will do a bit of hands on crafting and enjoy a special tea blend I have created for just this purpose.  Students will go home with a 7 day supply of the tea to continue their journey into looking for the glimmers life has to share with us.
