Candlelight Yin yoga & Sound Bath

Join me for 90 minutes of relaxation and tension relief. This class includes 70 minutes of Yin yoga for deep stretching and release. We will end the class with a 20 minute sound bath for deep relaxation. The holiday can be stressful, why not give yourself a time out!
