Peri & Menopause Workshop

Join us for an empowering introduction to the subject of the year: perimenopause and menopause. Held in the spirit of the apothecary, this class blends modern physiology with plant wisdom and traditional care. We’ll explore herbs and daily practices that nourish the body, steady the nervous system, and support resilience during this transition—offering comfort, strength, and steadiness rather than quick fixes. Together we will create a center of community and create rituals and herbal remedies to support this transition in life. This is an invitation to reclaim midlife as a time of deep recalibration and emerging clarity.
