Herbal Allergy Relief Workshop

Herbal allergy relief:
Ahhhhh, it is that time of year when the natural world comes alive and blooms and we humans sneeze, rub our eyes, and suffer. In this class we will talk about seasonal allergies, some of the culprits found in our neck of the woods, and natural and herbal remedies that can help alleviate the 'spring suds'. Prepare a tincture blend, mix teas, and we will gather together to create an old fashioned sinus steamer.

Cost:$50 includes all materials, but as always we recommend bringing your handy dandy herb journal.
