Anxiety Workshop

It's not just you. It is a majority of the folks who walk through our doors... including me. In this class we will share and discuss different theories and causes of anxiety, and how, in its intended form, is actually necessary for life. We will go over and create different preparations with varying potencies, how music, movement, and breath work can aide to quell the symptoms of anxiety and a busy mind. It doesn't get better overnight, but the journey must begin somewhere. This is the time.

Cost: $60. Includes all material cost, music session, and short yoga lesson to aide in relaxation.
