Frequency Flow Fest is more than a festival It's a sanctuary of music, movement, and community.
We now have our festival home, 18 miles north, at Steeplechase in Mazeppa, MN.
Lots of green grass and hills leading us to the core of the festival in the meadow.
This gathering calls you to return home to yourself, to each other, and to the earth.
Experiences are alive and full of magic. This year brings new currents: flow art performances and live collaborative painting, where creativity unfolds in real time and becomes part of the tapestry.
