Trauma-Informed Parenting

Topic & Speaker: Parenting children who have experienced trauma—especially through foster care or adoption—can feel overwhelming, confusing, and at times, discouraging. This workshop, led by speaker Katie Deans, a licensed professional counselor, TBRI Practitioner, and adoptive mom, will share practical teaching designed to encourage, educate, and equip parents and those serving and supporting children. You will leave feeling encouraged, empowered, and equipped to see your child—and yourself—through new eyes.

Dinner: Dinner will be provided for all registered adults and children.

Childcare: Childcare will be provided by Maysville Baptist Church.
