Lafayette Toxic Round-Up

Time to clean out the garage!
Don't send harmful waste to the landfill, drive it up to the Mayo Community Center at 150 NW Community Circle for easy disposal.

Items accepted include, but are not limited to:
Computers, TVs and household electronics
Paints and Paint Products
Batteries (all types)
Fertilizers and pesticides
Aerosol Cans
Antifreeze
Corrosives
Household Cleaners
Prescriptions
Fluorescent lamps
Cooking Oil
Fire Extinguishers
Propane Tanks
and more!

The Toxic Round-Ups are a partnership between the Alachua County Hazardous Waste Department, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the Lafayette County Commission.

The event is FREE for residents; however Alachua County Environmental Protection Department must assess small businesses a nominal fee for eligible quantities of all aforementioned waste items.
