Working closely with trusted local suppliers and using the finest seasonal produce, our kitchen team will present a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu inspired by Cornwall’s rich food heritage. Expect creative cooking, bold flavours and beautifully presented dishes that celebrate the county’s land and sea.

Each course will be expertly paired with exceptional Cornish wines, carefully selected to enhance and complement every flavour. Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy engaging insights into each wine — with fascinating stories, tasting notes and plenty of relaxed, convivial fun.
