You’ll be guided through a gentle hatha flow and meditation, with moments of stillness, soft sound, and earth-honouring ritual woven throughout. Crystals, candlelight, and seasonal touches support a sense of grounding, ease, and inner blossoming.After practice, we’ll share tea and homemade vegan, gluten-free cake — a simple, nourishing pause.You’ll then be invited to step into the Wildwood Spa, hidden beneath the trees. Move between the warmth of the sauna, fresh air, outdoor hot tub and cool water, allowing the elements to restore and awaken the body.This is an unhurried afternoon of calm, warmth, and quiet enchantment — a space to soften, reconnect, and bloom gently in your own time.Further details will be sent via email one week before the event.
