Whether you’re a complete beginner or a home baker looking to improve your technique, this immersive workshop will guide you through the art of sourdough from start to finish.

• How to start, feed, and maintain a sourdough starter

• Feeding schedules and fermentation basics

• Troubleshooting common sourdough issues

• How to shape a classic boule

• Proper use of a banneton

This is a hands-on workshop that involves direct contact with wheat flour and airborne flour particles.

• For safety reasons, this workshop is not recommended for individuals with severe wheat or gluten allergies due to flour exposure.

Cancellation Policy: Due to limited seating and advance preparation, tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another guest with prior notice.
