Partner Yoga + Sound Bath

This Valentine’s Day, slow down and connect. Join us for a heart opening experience to cultivate presence, ease, connection, and joy for both you and your partner. This is a welcoming and inclusive class for couple, friends, or anyone wishing to share intentional connection.

We will guide you through gentle supportive partner yoga poses that encourage trust and playfulness. Along with guided breath work to harmonize energy and relax the nervous system. All while listening to a soothing sound bath with crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and more to further relax you.

No yoga experience is required, just curious it’s and an open heart.

Class is $50 per couple, only one person required to register
