ROOTED: Community Yoga Class

ROOTED is more than a yoga class, it's a space to ground your body, center your spirit, and connect with community.

Led by an experienced instructor, this class blends gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness. Whether you're brand new or an experienced yogi, you’re welcome just as you are.

This month’s session features Yin Yoga , a slow, meditative style focused on deep stretching and inner stillness.
