If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you, and we want you to enjoy the full experience!Payment & PoliciesPayment Policy:Payment must be made in advance online to reserve your seat and ensure everything is ready for your session. Walk-ins are welcome (capacity permitting) with a $5 convenience fee, accepted up until two hours before the event start time. After that, we may not be able to accommodate additional guests.Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. One parent or guardian may assist their child, but all adults who wish to paint must purchase their own ticket.Cancellation Policy:All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations.If you need to reschedule, email at least 48 hours in advance to receive a studio credit.
