🎶 Entertainment Extravaganza

Prepare for four days of non-stop entertainment across multiple stages:(Axios)

Main Stage Performances: Enjoy tribute acts like Tina Turner Tribute ft. Debby Holiday and Don Jovi along with local favorites such as KRVE and 90 Proof.

Indoor Music at Matthews Community Center: Catch performances by Brad Bailey Mike Ramsey and Cori Rose in the theater lobby and Thirsty Horses Darren Deese and the Shelley Ruffin Trio on the theater stage.

Children’s Stage: Delight in family-friendly acts like Corky the Magic Clown Gravity Check Jolly Roger the Pirate and Steve Brogan Comic Ventriloquist.

🎠 Carnival & Rides

Experience the thrill of carnival rides and games suitable for all ages. Purchase individual tickets or opt for the $30 “All-You-Can-Ride” wristband available on Friday starting at 4 PM.

🛍️ Small Shops & Food Court

Explore over 150 arts and crafts vendors and 25 food vendors offering a variety of delectable treats. The Small Shops area is open Saturday through Monday while the Food Court operates daily during festival hours.

🎉 Labor Day Parade

Don't miss the annual parade on Saturday August 30 at 9:30 AM. The new route begins at Matthews-Mint Hill Road turns left onto Trade Street right onto John Street and concludes at Covenant Church Lane. Expect over 100 participants including local high school bands floats classic cars and street performers.

Friday August 29:

4:00 PM: Carnival opens

6:00 PM: Vendors and food court open

6:30 PM – 10:00 PM: Live performances by Carolina Barnburners and Band of Oz

Saturday August 30:

9:30 AM: Labor Day Parade

10:00 AM – 10:00 PM: Festival activities including live music carnival and exhibits

Sunday August 31:

1:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Festival activities continue

Monday September 1:

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Final day of festivities
