As the sun sets and the moon rises over the water, we’ll flow through an all-levels yoga practice designed to ground, energize, and harmonize body and mind. The Harvest Moon symbolizes abundance, gratitude, and the beauty of transition—making this the perfect time to release what no longer serves you and set intentions for the season ahead.

Feel the gentle ocean breeze, listen to the soothing sounds of nature, and soak in the lunar energy as we close with a calming meditation and breathwork under the moonlit sky.
