Neponset King Tide Talk and Bike Ride

Join us on Saturday the 6th at 10:30 to see the astronomical high tide flood the Boston waterfront at Tenean Beach! We'll partner with the Neponset River Watershed Association and the New England Aquarium for a talk about the causes of the flooding, the effect to local neighborhoods and efforts to mitigate future flooding.

We'll enjoy refreshments and go for an easy, family-friendly 3.5-mile bike ride along the trail to the second site at 161 Granite Ave to see flooding in the salt marsh and possibly also on the trail (you can drive there on local streets if you prefer).

In case of heavy rain, the event will be postponed to the next day at 11:30 am.
