It’s an experience designed to help you tune in, feel good, and reconnect with yourself, with animals, and with the people around you.Each 60-minute class is made up of three parts:Tuning into yourself with breathwork and meditationTuning into animals as you move through a beginner-friendly yoga flowTuning into others during our puppy social where you can refreshing drinks, cuddle with dogs and connect with others.Dogs are free to roam the class. Litters will be of all different ages, some will be pups, others may be a little older but we promise they’re all cuddly, calm and will be ready to make your day. We also take photos each session that are uploaded to our Facebook page for you to keep and share.ArrivalWe recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. Please note that the class will begin, and doors will be closed 10 minutes after the start time, and late entrants will not be permitted to enter.Safety FirstTime with our animals is a privilege, and while every care is taken, some minor scratches and nibbles are inevitable. Our staff are here to make everyone (people and pups) feel safe and secure at all times.
