Many women have spent years carrying everything alone. Holding it all together. Staying strong for everyone else. Living in hypervigilance. Struggling to rest. Struggling to trust. Struggling to feel truly safe. What if true strength isn't about pushing harder? What if the deepest healing comes from reconnecting with the part of yourself that knows how to protect, support and stand firmly in your truth? In this powerful outdoor women's circle, we will explore the Divine Masculine within, not as an energy of force, control or dominance, but as the grounded, steady presence that creates safety, holds healthy boundaries and allows us to fully trust ourselves. Together, we will gather around the fire in the beautiful surroundings of Lumsdale valley & waterfall, connecting with the earth beneath our feet and the strength that already lives within us. Through drumming, stomping, voice activation, reflection, embodiment practices and sacred ceremony, we will release old survival patterns and reclaim the inner protector that has always been there. This gathering forms part of the Healing in Nature Project, funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and delivered by Moksha Holistic Therapies CIC. Through nature-based experiences, community gatherings and holistic wellbeing activities, the project supports people to reconnect with themselves, each other and the natural world, creating opportunities for healing, empowerment and belonging within the community. During this Circle We Will Explore: The wounded masculine and how it shows up in our lives The difference between survival and sovereignty Healthy boundaries and self-trust Reclaiming your voice and taking up space Grounding into your inner strength and wisdom Connecting with the Divine Masculine through embodiment and ritual Includes: Guided drumming, stomping and embodiment practices Voice activation and boundary work Sacred fire ceremony Ceremonial cacao with warming spices Reflection and journaling prompts Sharing circle and sisterhood This circle is for women who are ready to stop carrying the world alone and remember what it feels like to stand rooted, supported and empowered. Because the Divine Masculine is not something outside of you. It is the part of you that says: "You are safe now. I've got you." Event Details Location: Lumsdale, Matlock Date: Saturday 4th July 2026, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM Attendance & Donations Thanks to funding from the National Lottery Community Fund, this event is offered free of charge, helping to make healing and wellbeing experiences accessible to more women within our community. While attendance is free, donations are warmly welcomed. Moksha Holistic Therapies CIC is currently at a crucial stage in opening our new community wellbeing hub, a dedicated space that will provide affordable holistic therapies, support groups, workshops, wellbeing activities and healing opportunities for those who need them most. About the Facilitator Samantha Nobeebaccus is the Director of Moksha Holistic Therapies CIC, a trauma-informed facilitator, mentor, holistic therapist and space holder with a passion for supporting others on their healing journey. Moksha Holistic Therapies CIC is a not-for-profit organisation committed to making holistic wellbeing, trauma-informed support and healing opportunities accessible to the wider community.
