Join AmeriCorps member Candace for a walking tour through the town of Matewan! We’ll start by talking about the Indigenous people who first called this area home and walk our way through history—from the Hatfields and McCoys to the Mine Wars, all the way to the Battle of Blair Mountain.

🕰 Be sure to get to the museum by 12:45 PM to check in and pay for the tour.
👟 Wear comfy shoes—we’ll be out and about!
