Once a month, gather by the ocean to step away from the noise of busy, daily life with us. 

Meditation gives our nervous system an opportunity to reset. Research has linked meditation with reduced stress, improved emotional regulation, greater focus, and a stronger ability to respond consciously rather than react from conditioning.
Slowing the breath, softening the body, and bringing our attention fully into the present moment, creates space for the mind to breathe and the body to release. Using the ocean to guide our practice – the wave’s rhythms, the open horizon, the evening air, the sand beneath you – the world becomes part of you as we are guided through a realm powered by imagination, the soul drive of our reality. This connects our senses to our breath and awareness.

Before meditation, enjoy some complimentary ceremonial cacao.🤎 This sacred bean has a long history of ceremonial use in Mesoamerican cultures and is often enjoyed in modern practices to focus intention, connect with our surroundings, and grounding us in the present moment. Cacao naturally contains theobromine, a gentle stimulant that can create feelings of warmth and increased circulation. Energetically, cacao is traditionally approached as a “heart-opening” medicine to invite one to turn inward, and connect more deeply with gratitude, compassion, intuition, and emotional awareness.

Sharing cacao together allows us to move out of the external world and into the inner meditative journey.
