These groups provide a safe and supportive environment where individuals can share their emotions, experiences, and knowledge. 

Not only do these support groups offer a sense of belonging and understanding, but they also provide practical advice, encouragement, and hope during what can be a difficult and challenging time.

This group provides an inclusive and open environment for individuals to attend and participate in the discussion topic. There is no pressure or expectation for attendees to stay for the entire open floor support session.

Structure of group meetings as follows. 

-	Welcome
-	Topic presented and discussed. 
-	Open floor support 
-	Closing

This month our focus is on nutrition to support cancer prevention and recovery during treatment. We’ll look at how food choices can help maintain energy, support overall wellbeing, and aid the body through treatment and beyond.

All are welcome. If you would like particular questions covered in the session, please let me know ahead of time.

The support group places a strong emphasis on maintaining the confidentiality and ensuring the safety of attendees.
