Books & Brews - January Edition

Join us for Books & Brews, where this month we’ll be discussing How the Bible Actually Works by Bible scholar Pete Enns. Enns invites us to rethink our assumptions about Scripture—challenging the idea that the Bible is a rigid instruction manual or rulebook. Instead, he presents it as a dynamic, wisdom-shaping conversation that encourages us to wrestle with questions, nurture spiritual growth, and deepen our relationship with God. Rather than demanding certainty or being “right,” this book reminds us that the Bible is meant to form us through exploration, reflection, and connection with the divine.
