Experience 90 min. of restorative healing for your mind, body, and spirit. Each session weaves together gentle movement, guided meditation, therapeutic sound bath immersion, and optional reiki for relaxation. This practice is designed to help you release stress, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner peace. No experience needed. Come as you are. What to bring: Wear something comfortable. You are able to bring your own yoga mat, blankets, or pillows if you like, but it’s not necessary—we have everything you need to be fully supported. I look forward to holding space for you. 🙏
