This event is for CrossFit AFK Members. CrossFit AFK athletes may invite athletes outside the gym to be recruited for their team.

This year will be 2 workouts in teams of three. There are Rx and Scaled divisions. The teams are not mixed; all male or all female. 

Check-in is at 8AM, the first heat will go at 9AM for event 1. The schedule is tentative based on total team sign-up. 

Awards will follow for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each division. There is a free community workout after awards, we will be doing the workout from last year "Mike C."

Workouts will be announced closer to the event. 
Shirt pre-order will and the design will come out soon!
